Join a virtual panel presentation and discussion of indigenous business resources available to support their success. Native Americans own and operate nearly 6% of all U.S. businesses across the country. Some unique difficulties often prevent these entrepreneurs from opening a typical storefront business due to limited opportunities to access funding, education and property and may have limited networking or mentorship opportunities. Many Native Americans and other Indigenous people sell their products through cultural festivals or events. Culture is a significant part of Indigenous entrepreneurship. Each expert panelist will make a brief presentation about resources or their experiences and then all will be available for questions.
