With the right tools and advising, business planning can be easy and empower you with data giving you the best advantage to start and grow a successful business. This course will help you to take the necessary steps to becoming an independent business owner, while gaining confidence in yourself and your knowledge of small business management. In this 10 session business planning course, you will: Learn how to market yourself and your business to target customers. Explore and assess the financial requirements and market demand of your business concept. Explore options for funding the start-up and ongoing costs of operating your business. Craft your own personal business road map. Establish a strategy for what to do when there are drastic changes in the market. Weekly interactive workshop time. Bring your notebook and your questions! In addition, you will receive: One-to-one counseling provided upon request. Interactive online business plan app to make planning simple and fun! (we are talking a software that prompts you through the process with drag and drop functionality as well as integrations!) A community of local entrepreneurs going through the steps alongside you and cheering you on! Your completed business plan will serve as a financial document for applying for financing. Support through the life of your business! This course does not require any previous experience or education in business management. Access to a computer and knowledge of MS Word and Excel is strongly recommended. 10 Sessions to a Business Plan is especially helpful for those who are planning to seek outside funding or a small business loan.
